The Department of Comprehensive Dentistry at the University of Louisville is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Assistant/Associate Professor (Open Rank) Term position in our DMD curriculum. Applicants will need to have the versatility to instruct not only in our downtown Louisville campus location, but at various satellite clinics (Paducah, KY., Shelbyville, KY. Louisville, KY., etc.) as needed. This position is full-time, with academic rank and salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Applicants must possess:
- a DMD, DDS, or equivalent degree; and
- be eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
The successful applicant will be responsible for patient care and oversight of dental students at potentially several satellite locations. Prior clinical experience, teaching experience, and/or experience in public health dentistry is preferred.
The successful applicant will be joining a department committed to a high-quality educational program with a progressive undergraduate curriculum in diagnostic sciences, oral medicine, restorative dentistry, and practice management.
