Part-time Faculty Needed for Plus Clinic
The University of Maryland School of Dentistry invites applications for an IMMEDIATE part-time (1-2 days per week) position to work in the PLUS Clinic, a grant supported dental clinic providing services to Ryan White qualified dental patients. This clinical faculty member will be a part of a team providing direct patient care as well as on occasion, teaching and supervising predoctoral dental students and dental hygiene students.
Dental services provided include initial screening with review of medical history, intra and extra oral exams, ordering of appropriate radiographs, development and completion of the dental treatment plan.
Criteria for consideration include a DDS degree or equivalent, a current state of Maryland dental license and CPR certification, and at least 2 years’ experience in clinical or private practice. Applications will be accepted until position is filled.
