The University of Southern California invites applications and nominations for the next Dean of the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry. In addition to faculty and programs devoted to dental and oral health, the School has (administratively housed within it) two world-renowned divisions, the USC Mrs. T.H. Chan Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy and the USC Division of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy. The following Dean of the Ostrow School will have the opportunity to lead a top-ranked, nationally recognized school that is committed to the highest standards of excellence across its teaching, research, and service missions, including being at the forefront of shaping the practice of dentistry, occupational therapy, and physical therapy in the 21st century.

The budgeted annual salary that USC reasonably expects to pay for the Dean of the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry is $600,000. This considers a wide range of factors in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
