If you are currently serving in the US Military you qualify for the NDA’s Active Military Membership.

This membership is for dentists who are currently practicing outside of the U.S. & U.S. Territories.

Graduates & Residents Membership

This membership is for dentists who have recently graduated from dental school.

Requirement:

  • Copy of DDS or DMD diploma or letter from school confirming your degree date is required for all Graduates (NO EXCEPTIONS). Residency Completion Certificates and Master Degrees do not qualify for “Graduate Status.” Applications will not be processed until required documentation is received.
  • Residents – Copy of DDS or DMD diploma and letter from Chairman confirming your program start and end dates are required for all residents (NO EXCEPTIONS). Resident dues are for dentist participating in a Residents program and NOT after the completion of the program.

Dues:

  • 2021 Grads- FREE
  • 2020 Grads- $50
  • 2019 Grads- $200
  • Current Residents- $50

Life Membership

This membership is for those who desire to be a part of the NDA for remainder of their life.

To declare this membership status applicants must complete the NDA Life Membership Application and fulfill the requirements below.

Requirements:

  • NDA Member for 30 years. (Member must show proof)
  • Active member in good standing.
  • Minimum age of 65.
  • Member in good standing in component/constituent society.
  • Completed the Life Member Application
  • Two letters of recommendation.
  • Submitted curriculum vitae or resume
  • Photograph (8”x10” color)
  • Answer: What does the NDA mean to you?
  • An active member may pay back dues for a maximum of 5 years to correct any gaps in the required 30 consecutive years
