2022 NDA Convention COVID Policy
The National Dental Association is fully committed to ensuring that participants at our 109th annual convention remain safe during their stay with us in Phoenix. Accordingly, all attendees will be required to be fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 and to provide negative COVID-19 test results upon entering the convention facilities.
The NDA continues to vigilantly monitor COVID_19 guidance from the CDC. Seating and session sizes may be adjusted for safety. In accordance with recently published CDC guidelines, facial coverings are no longer required in Arizona, however, all participants at the NDA Annual Meeting are encouraged to wear a mask during all indoor NDA events regardless of location. The NDA requests that those experiencing COVID-19 symptoms during the convention or who have been exposed to someone with the virus wear a mask and isolate pending a Covid test.
If participants cannot be vaccinated for documented medical reasons, they must test negative for COVID-19 every 48 hours while at the resort complex. Testing will be provided onsite for a cost, for which the unvaccinated participant will be responsible.
